34th Wedding Anniversary today
 

We have been married 34 years today and in someways, it only feels like a few years, the time has gone so quickly.

December 6th 1975 @ 10.30. It was a bright sunny day. I wore a Victorian (copy) wedding dress with a bustle! I could only sit on a stool, and to go to the loo I had to take my mum for help... what a laugh

:congrat: Happy Anniversary Dinky - in today's throw away society 34 years is an amazing accomplishment. Been married 32 myself so I know what you mean about time flying. Bet your dress was gorgeous - even if you couldn't sit down all night!

On the day you got married my mom was 7 months pregnant with me. I hope to make it that long and longer with my husband of almost 6 years.

dinky~I hope you had a super anniversary. I had a super birthday. I actually nearly married my hubby on my birthday but we was young and my parents kinda took it over and so we didn't get married until febuary 25th a few months after. It will 17 years for us this year.
Yes I have had an awesome journey....I have stayed determined...So far so good. LOL

I hope you had a wonderful anniversary. 34 years is something to be proud of. My wedding day was Jan. 7th, 1977, so I am behind you, but not by much. Yes, you are right, the time goes so quickly.
