(Actually, I read Cheaper by the Dozen when I was a kid and I think I remember they wrapped hot dogs in foil and put them under the engine hood before driving to the picnic ground, and the weenies were ready to eat when they arrived. Would I recommend this method? No. For your entertainment ONLY)
