Turning the frown upside-down
 

I've been feeling incredibly low today... I haven't felt like this in years probably since before I moved to the UK to study as a mature student. Which actually makes me smile. I have a good life and an amazing boyfriend.

Who cares that I have loads of student debt? Being here is worth it. These have been the best years of my life. I'll just think of it as another mortgage. And, while money can't buy happiness I sure do hope I win the lottery! :D

But for now I must muster some motivation to work on my dissertation.

So take some time and write down your happy thoughts.
