i just dont "blank" to myself anymore...
 

sometimes you just have to stop planning and thinking and wishing..

and DO.

so today i decided:

i DONT beat myself up anymore when i fail.

couldnt fail if i didnt try.

i dont feed myself crap food and deprive myself of sleep and allow toxic people in my life.


i dont DO that anymore....

just like drug or alcohol addition...
either you are using or you are not....

so i DONT DO THAT ANYMORE.

will repeat to myself until it is hardwired in my brain....


i dont do THAT anymore...

just my brain on cofffee...
