I'm excited...

My bf and I just joined the new Virgin Active that just opened up across the street from our flat. It actually doesn't open until this Thursday, but I can't wait. It has everything including a relaxation area with loungers and a big bubbly jacuzzi.

They also have the cardio wave machines which will be great to strengthen my bad knee and get fit. I can really picture myself on it, then on a lounger next to the pools reading a magazine.

It's like Christmas came early.

I went on opening day and it was wonderful. The cardio wave machine is much harder than the elliptical, but apparently really good for knee strengthening and rehabilitation.

Afterwards I went into the jacuzzi and I unbeknowingly sat under the waterfall which wasn't on when I first got there. So much for not getting my hair wet... I was soaked! :lol::lol:
