1) My most important one isnt food related but is number 1 by a mile! All of my gorgeous pets who keep my just that little bit more active! Especially Lily my newest addition (a ferret) who has been no end of me on my hands and knees chasing her around the floor - SOOOO much fun to see her running around in joy and good for the waistline too! And of course the OH who puts up with living in a zoo :P

1. Regular beer. I can't do light beer. It just makes me so sad. My favourite beers are worth the calories!
