I'm just getting started, but the weight has to go. I am really tired of being tired. That has been my biggest problem. Having a lack of energy and will power. So, I decided to get some assistance by joing the Metabilic Research Center (MRC) in Brandon, FL. So far I've lost 6 pounds. month. I have had a somewhat slow start. But as one of the Reps said "Nothing Taste as Good as Thin Feels". That was motivational to me. Also hearing some of the other success stories, helps me to hold out hope. So I hoping to hang in there and drop the unwanted weight. :^:
