We had a yard sale at our church last weekend.....all donated items, someone donated an ancient hair dryer, a kind no one would ever use. We paid someone a dollar to take it.

It's too hot to fight, you guys! We are going to 102ºF today and this is Canada - The Great White North! My crew tell me I will have my AC re-connected by tomorrow. Maybe I'll just sleep in the bathtub tonight with the cool water running.

Oh Heavens NO!!! It was bad enough when they had that ad for talking emoticons at the top of the page that yelled, "HELLLLLOOOOO!!" every time you rolled across them. Drove me CARAZY!!! :dizzy:

Oh ya I forgot about them...never failed when I was trying to be quiet with kids in bed the ad would get set off then the boys would giggle and I would have to get them settled into bed again.

Hey! I have my AC back. It'll take a while to cool down the house but it'll happen.

Yay for Ruthie!!! I'm happy for ya darlin'. My AC barely keeps up since my windows face south. The swamp cooler could never keep up, so I went with central air. It's waaayyyyy better. Plus, I can go in my bedroom when it can't keep up with the living room.

Stopping in just to give the ex-MISS TNT another Buck...since it's friday night and all...
