Well my son finished the latest Dean Koontz and handed it to me saying it was really good, so I guess that's my next book. Relentless

Oh I finished this series couple months ago. I loved it. :D

I go in phases when it comes to reading books. At the moment, it is Vampires and paranormal stuff. I get my books from the library and I have so many books sitting at home to read.

I recently finished:
- Lover Avenged (Black Dagger Brotherhood series) by J.R.Ward.
- Brisingr (Inheritence series) by Christopher Paolini

Currently reading :
- At Grave's End (Night Huntress series) by Jeaniene Frost.
- Deal Breaker by Harlan Coben
- The Companion by Susan Squires
- The Omnivore's dilemma: a natural history of four meals by Michael Pollan

Haven't been on here in ages... gosh, where did time go. I finished Shelter Me. A very good read. So much so, that I bought it, so I could have my own copy.

I'm reading lots of books atm...but the one that has most of my attention is On the Road by Jack Kerouac (The Original Scroll).
I heard that it's a good summer book.

I just finished reading James Patterson's "Swimsuit" and now I am reading James Patterson's "8th Confession". He is an excellent author if you like murder mystery/suspense.

I just finished Carmen Dog by Carol Emshwiller, but I'm darned if I got much of it. I have Hail to the Chef by Julie Hyzy, but might pass it for now and get Renegade Champion by Richard Rust (about his mother Jane Pohl, one of the first women to ride in jumping classes at the National Horse Show: I like horsey sports, but show jumping only turns up on TV during the Olympics and on Animal Planet)

My book club is currently reading Bram Stoker's Dracula.

Our next book will be Lowboy.

I just finished up Geek Love - very odd book.

Did this really fall to page 3? Maybe with the warm months not as many ppl are reading. Anywho, I am reading Moose by Stephanie Klein. A memoir of fat camp. It's interesting so far. About 50 pages in so far.

I'm normally a non-fiction fan. I read My Horizontal Life, and Dear Diary earlier this summer. I read Devil in the Details last year but thought I'd mention it because it was a particularly good memior. Anyhow, I've tried a bit of fiction this month. First I read Mysterious Skin which was well written but while I do love a disturbing book parts were a bit too graphic/depressing for me. My latest reads were Survivor and Diary by Chuck Palahniuk (author of Fight Club and Choke). Loved Survivor; Diary got slow at a few points but was overall good. I'll be starting his book Lullaby tomorrow!
