I am thankful for being able to go out on a gorgeous southern California morning and walk to Starbucks with my wife and mutts...getting almost 4 miles in and a nice surprise to see our daughter in law out on her morning run.

I am thankful I stayed op yesterday. When stress usually comes I over eat. But, not this time!. So, for that I am thankful!:)

I am thankful that I was blessed with the presence of my wife, daughter (who came up to go to church with me) and ex-wife (mother of my children) in my pew at church this morning.

I am thankful my nephew called to wish me Father's Day from his NAVY base.

I am thankful my son and daughter in law can make it to dinner after a photo shoot she has today.

I am thankful for my father who has passed into heaven and my FATHER in HEAVEN!

The family problem that I had is working itself out (slowly). But is still working out.It is looking much brighter.:)

I am thankful I have central air-conditioning. It is going to be very hot today!:hot: However,I did have a neighbor tell me I would lose weight if I did not put the air on.Maybe,he was trying to be helpful? But still!

I am thankful that I am getting stronger emotionally. People can't shake me or get me off plan by their actions.{I feel like the song Pocket Full Of Sunshine}is my motto these days.:)

Today I am very thankful for air conditioning! Too freaking hot! Also that my hubby still has a job, for my family as always and for waking another day and getting my walk in. :D

I am thankful that there is only one week left of summer school then I am off to the beach!!!!!

I am thankful that I don't have to get up early for awhile.:)

I am thankful I met who was kind,and willing to help someone in need.There are still some people who have compassion for others.Even going aganist a crowd. It restores my faith in people when I see this.:)

I'm thankful for my dogs today. I woke up grouchy and it's just impossible to stay cranky when they're around.
