The Drs and Oprah?
 

did anyone watch this today? The Drs had Jillian Micheal's on and Oprah had the story of Half ton Mom and Half Ton Teen and had Ruby on there who visited a Hospital in New York that specializes in obesity. I saw Half Ton Mom on TLC, her story breaks my heart, her poor daughters.

I liked the show today. I very much LOVED Monday's show about calorie restriction and life extension. I wish I would have recorded it so I could have seen it again and again.

I watched it and the Mom's story broke my heart also. those two poor little girls. I am glad the boy was able to get help and really hope he continues down the healthy path.

I loved the Drs episode today! Super nice to see Jillian and the Drs talk about being healthy and challenging diet excuses.

I watched the drs today also, I especially liked the info about the artificial sweeteners. I use Sweet n low all the time in my coffee, and after the show, I put it all away, and got out the sugar bowl. I guess that also means no more sugar free jello, etc.

I was cleaning house when it was on so I missed bits and pieces but I totally missed that whole segment. I am going now to check out the link.

I watched Oprah. The Half Ton Teen situation makes me pretty angry at his mom. I think she's actually quite selfish to treat him that way.

I missed it, what was it saying about the sweeteners? I use about 4 a day in my coffee. I have given up cream--- now what?
