Advise needed for those re-entering the work force.
 

I am revising my resume. I have been a stay at home mom for the last 8 years. My youngest starts grade one in the fall. I want to be prepared. Knowing I am not the only parent who is returning after a prolonged absence. I thought maybe those who have acheived gainful employment or who are in HR would share some tips for goal oriented people looking to kick start careers. Thanks in advance!
