Default 'True Blood'

I'm a big fan of 'True Blood', read all the Sookie Stackhouse novels. Well, I'm behind and have been watching the first two eps this season on On Demand. Went in tonight while DH is out with a friend and the HBO On Demand was gone! Just gone! I just went in to check and it is back now, but I lost over an hour of 'True Blood' time tonight! Growl... annoying...

Oh how I love that show! I had to catch them in horrible quality online until I can get back home. So far this season is amazing! All two episodes. :P

I'm a fan too! I don't watch tv but on Sundays I'm glued to it. Since the first episode I fell in love with it.

I'm hooked as well! It's currently the only show I really follow on TV....haven't read any of the books, but the screen version is certainly visually pleasing (*coughEriccoughcough*)

I just became hooked. We only started watching the last season about a week ago before they took it off 'On Demand'. We caught the first three episodes and the last 3 of season 1. Season 2 has started off great. I'm looking forward to Sunday! I love a good vampire show.

I don't have HBO, so we download the episode to watch on Monday.

Default love it!

I love True Blood too. I'm an Eric fan, he's so sexy! I've read all the books and I like that they've really changed up the plot and added a lot more to the show to keep it interesting. Even though I know some of the main things that are going to happen it still keeps me guessing. I hope it lasts as many seasons as there are books!

I would love to watch this show, but have a strong adversity to every sentence having to have strong language (seemingly just because they can) and X-rated scenes (seemingly just because they can). It kind of blows the whole thing for me. I taped, like, a marathon of this show when Twilight came out so my daughter and I could watch it...within five minutes I made the executive decision that this was NOT a series we could watch together. Disappointed...

Count me in as a fan of the show as well.

Techwife, my blinds were open in the living room, where I was watching and the seen at MaryAnn's swimmng pool party came on. I was a little embarrassed at the thought of any of my neighbors seeing what I was thoroughly enjoying

Oh I love this show, it's so well made, fabulous writing and great acting. The violence & the sex is in context to the story & therefore (at least to me) not offensive - and to be honest, if it's on HBO then I know it's not going to be a small screen version of Twilight.

Definitely. Anything they put in HBO has some sort of context not for families!

Oh True Blood, how I love you! I was a fan of the novels, but to be honest, I actually like the show better! I have only had this happen once before. I loved the novel "What Dreams May Come," but the movie blew my mind.

HBO has done an AMAZING job on this one. I loved Carnivale and cried when it was canceled, but I actually think that I like True Blood more!

However, I know that True Blood is not for everyone. It is definitely for adults only.
