Some potatoes and soda bread, I'll soon be fixin'
Some corned beef and cabbage, we'll soon be a mixin'

I'll do my walking,
from one bar to another,
just having Lite Green beer,
the scale won't be a bother

I think that Irish is in all of us

After St. Pat's, Easter is here
But, don't paint your eggs
After drinking Green Beer.:eek:

I'll eat a potato and mulligan stew,
But on Easter it's ham and broccoli too.

I work almost every holiday this year,:(
Family doesn't mind, the checks make them cheer,:cheer:
We simply choose our own date:chin:
On which we will celebrate:hat:

Holidays are great if you deliver the mail,
I'm not so lucky, I work without fail,
My family is used to it as I am a nurse,
On Christmas I dread it as if its a curse.

The Easter Bunny will be hopping along,:bunny:
"Easter Parade" is my most favorite song,
I'll get hard boiled eggs, in colors galore,:easter:
And they fit in my plan, Heck Yeah!! I score!!!

And don't forget your Easter Bonnet
With all the frills uopn it

Ah, but chocolate eggs are my big downfall,
I'll eat just one and then finish them all.

I hide 'em real good and then drink a martini.
