Kind of true...I got one the first week I was driving....going 35 in a 25 "showing off" as I drove by my old bus stop to school. I got a ticket but the judge said I could go on probation since it was my first time and not excessive speed, if I didn't get another one before 18 it would go off my record. That was almost 39 years ago...still no ticket!
