National Body Challenge 2009
 

Really looking forward to checking out the 2009 National Body Challenge that Discovery Health just kicked off. My girlfriend was telling me there's plenty of tips and insight how to start your new year on the right track! There will also be a week long event beginning Monday, Jan 5th where 6 challengers will compete to replace old habits with healthy alternatives!

i joined the body challenge website a couple days ago. it is nice that they give you a plan to follow. however i have found that many ingredients in the recipes they offer i can not find in my town. (very very small town) so i am not really following the meal plan. but i am doing the fitness plan. they offer free workout videos that are awesome and very helpful!:carrot:

Hmmm. I'm going to have to check that one out.

I just got back from one of the Get Started thingies.
It was awesome! I won a free yoga mat!
