Work out music ideas

  • Hello Everyone!!

I am trying to load my iPhone with some great workout music but I am stuck. If I go and sit in my car I bet lots would come to mind but it is freezing outside LOL. Any ideas?

I love all kinds of music so please share your ideas. I just need something that will keep me going from beginning to end.

    Thanks.

P.S This whole time I was using Pandora and never loaded my iphone with music but now that I go to the gym a lot I am tired of hitting next on the Pandora radio stations LOL
  • I just bought Daft Punk's live album yesterday (Alive 2007) and it's awesome. I never used to listen to electronica/dance type stuff, but I'm really getting into it. Highly recommended.
  • If you run at all or like uptempo, wordless music, I highly recommend Podrunner <http://www.podrunner.com>. It has all sorts of mixes at various bpm, and I love running while listening to one of them -- it makes me feel like I'm starring in my own movie workout montage!
  • Okay, these songs never fail to make my booty move.

Now... the words might not be that great, but the beats is what really matters to me.

Pitbull Ft. Lil Jon - Krazy
Pitbull Ft Lil Jon - The Anthem
Rock This Party (Everybody Dance Now) - Bob Sinclar
Put Your Hands Up For Detroit - Fedde Le Grand
Camille Jones Vs Fedde Le Grand - The Creeps
Ida Corr vs Fedde Le Grand Let Me Think About It

These three songs have pretty much the same beat to them, but they're different, and I like them all.

    Calabria-enur by Natasha
Pitbull Ft Lil Jon - The Anthem
Alex Gaudino feat. Crystal Waters - Destination Calabria

Anywho, tell me how you like them!
  • Not sure if you are into metal or not... but when I am running I like metal because of its Hard Driven Beats. Gets me to go-go-go.

    I listen to:
    Rage Against The Machine
    System of a Down
    Some old Stone Temple Pilots
    Metallica
    Disturbed
    P.O.D.

Just to name a few. HTH.
  • A friend of mine recommended B.O.B by Outkast. If you can hear it I would like something like that. Its so I can get pumped on the cardio machines. Or even Pump it by Black Eyed Peas. Thats good too.
  • Yea, I have some system of a down and P.O.D in my iPod as well
