I love salsa on a baked potato, and it is "friendly" to the weight watchers. It is good with fresh veggies too.

All the soups sound really good. I would have to vote for the tortilla or chili though. Potato is my favorite, but might be over-doing it with the baked potatoes too. :)

yum! actually my favorite potato is a baked sweet potato with a bit of nutmeg! and it's holiday-ish. would go well with a black bean soup.
