Question American plus size stores? Detroit or Buffalo

My friend and I are thinking about taking a short drive to either Buffalo, New York or Detroit, Michigan. We are going on vacation in a couple months and we want some cheap plus size clothes. And where better to find cute CHEAP plus size clothes? The States of course. My friend went last year around Christmas and she found tank tops for like $3 and jeans for like $8. In Canada you won't find cute plus size jeans for under $60. So it's worth the drive. I only live 30 minutes away from Buffalo NY, but I'd rather go to Detroit MI, which is a few hours away, because my friend knows Detroit better and shes driving... so can anyone from Michigan tell me some stores to look at? I've heard of one called Dots? but I need more. I've heard of Layne Bryant but my friend says they aren't cheap. HELP HELP HELP!

Lane Bryant can be cheap if you hit it at a good time. Dots is a great "cheap" store. They have a plus size section and nothing in there is usually more than like $15. There are also some Deb stores that have plus size sections in them. The Deb around me doesn't have the plus size section, but I have been to others that do have it. Target will also have a "women's" section and a lot of their junior/misses clothes go up to size XXL. Kohl's is another great store to find cute clothes that come in plus sizes. They always have good sales too. There's also a store called "Torrid" (I think) that sells clubbing type clothes and whatnot....and I think there's a plus size section there.

Granted, I don't know if these stores are over in the Detroit area. I know there's definitely Targets and Kohls' and Lane Bryants.

If you go to Lane Bryant's website they have their coupon for 50 off a 150 purchase and 25 off a 75 purchase. Its just below the girl in the sweater, and it scrolls so you might have to wait a minute for it to come back around.
