Right now I have the Human Clay cd by Creed in the player. Lately I find myself listening to XM radio though. :)

I have several days worth of music on my iPod that I usually keep on continuous shuffle. Oldies stuff mostly, with some country & western. Lately though I've been listening to a lot of Johnny Cash.

Deadboy and the Elephant Men .... perfect packing music.

I'm a talk radio kind of girl and of course with the economy and election, there is a lot to listen to right now.

I love love LOVE dancehall. a few artists who make me move are, elephant man, vybz kartel, munga, mavado, & bugle.
I find the ruder and dirtier the song is, I exercise harder. ha ha ha.
