I hope you will come back and post more frequently. I have found that 3FC is absolutely invaluable as an integral part of my weight loss/maintenance journey. Really, building relationships with the fabulous folk here through posting is awesome. I hope you will take the time to explore the sight and dip your toe in the posting water again soon. :)
