1. Diet Coke, except once in a while
2. Sleeping in, except a *little* bit on the weekend
3. Fast food more than once a week, and I'm aiming for a lot less than that

I gave up
Feeling sorry for myself because medications put a ton of weight on me

Feeling like giving up because each time I have to get back on the meads I gain weight. Happened again and I put on about 30 pounds that I had just lost this year.

Letting others make me feel bad because I am not losing weight as fast as they think I should. 1 pound a week isn't fast enough for most people so they keep telling me I am not trying very hard.

3 things I gave up to be healthier,
1. My favorite diner, BLT's, mayo, cottage fries, and cheese burgers
2. I gave up some free time to go work out!
3. Sprite

Apple Cheeks - Great answers!
lizziep - "my all or nothing attitude" THAT IS SO TRUE, the "I'll start tomorrow" crap is a big one for most of us!

1.) Pop - although I'm not really a big pop drinker, I cut it out all together. Any little bit helps, right?
2.) Yummy, yummy, grease-loaded food. My favorite - gyros and pizza (not together of course! hehe
3.) Binging - Before I wouldn't be able to eat just one of anything. I'd sneak a bite here and there until the whole thing was gone. My boyfriend and I have decided to lose weight together - knowing that I'll let him down if I binge makes it a lot easier to pass up a second and third helping.

regular ice cream
sourdough bread - This, by far, is the hardest for me. I'm like a junkie - I can't even walk by it in the store. I guess I am a recovering bread addict.
