Don't miss any of those things at all.

May I use yours? I was trying to come up with my own three, but these just about sum up my plan.

How about the things we ARE willing to give up?

Not completely as of yet, but I'm trying:

1) Pop
2) Seconds/Large Portions
3) Fast Food = fried yucky stuff :P

Talking hmmm...

1) cable tv--due to cost but also the dreaded lifetime movie diease (watch the first 5 min of ONE and 4 hours LATER; you are still watching!) even tho they are all the same and soo cheesy!

2) sloth

3) mindless eating (whole bags of chips while watching movies-see above)

You know, I hadn't thought about this, but we got rid of our TV about the same time I started trying to lose. I wonder how much harder it would've been if we still had the TV and Cable?

1. HFCS and processed sugary foods.
Okay, I think it's almost impossible to eliminate these completely from your diet (especially the latter), but I am willing to WAAAAY reduce my consumption.

2. Orange juice
Yes, it is a healthy beverage, but it's too sugary for me and it sends my blood sugar on an upward spike.

3. Bread, 90% of the time I want to have it.

I'm similar to PhotoChick as in I haven't truly given up anything. But there are things I have lost interest in due to health reasons.

I guess my 3 are..

1. Eating out every day
2. Huge servings of ColdStone icecream
3. Starbucks

Can you tell we went out a lot?

Anytime!

Those were the first things that came to my mind, because I haven't really given up anything food-wise. I just make better choices now.
