I'm all about Lean Cuisines! But I mix it up, too. I get tired of salads every day and last weekend I made a huge pot of Italian Sausage Soup (Cooking Light) and take that one day with a Lean Cuisine the next day. I usually bring a clementine and a yogurt to round out the day. When I'm bored with all that, then I have a sandwich (usually egg salad on ww with nf mayo).

I know you say your tired of sandwiches but have you tried wraps? They have some that are 90 calories and 7-9g of fiber. I forget what they're called. I'm sure someone will have the answer-sometimes it's just the texture of the bread that gets old and not so much the fillings.
