it is SO MUCH FUN!!! no wonder kids always look so happy doing it
At first I felt a little silly letting go and skipping! and I didn't do it on the street in public
but then I did it and ohhh it felt soooo goooooooood (still not in public
)I did it again in the change room today after my workout.. I like to skip in a way that feels a little slow-motioned like floating on my way down, rather than the aerobic kind of knees straigh up and towards the chest. Not that I do this for exercise, just as a feel-good thing, because it feels wonderful

So I'm curious to see if anyone still skips every now and then? And for those who don't, do definitely try it
