I have been living in england for two years now.. and in that time i have been so inactive. it has gotten better the last couple months as i realized i had gained 60lbs, and got sooo out of shape.. so i have been walking some, counting cals, and getting on my exercise bike.. anyhow, i got a job today.. i havnt before now as hubby makes enough to support us, and i was enjoying not working for the first time since i was 15.. anyhow, this job is standing on my feet 8 hours a day
my feet and back are already hurting me just thinking about it lmao...the work isnt hard.. just standing on a production line putting memory cards in their boxes, and stuff like that... but on my feet lol.. i know i will burn loads more calories by standing all day than i do sitting in front of this pc.. but it's going to be sooo hard at first.. i am expecting the first month to be horribly painful
... but i know i will feel better later for it, will burn more cals, will lose weight faster etc... just praying the pain doesnt make me quit before i can work thru it.. so that is what i need all your best wishes for... that i can withstand the torture of the first few weeks lol... thank you all in advance.
