    3FC folks not only kick butt but they "STINK"...from all their "work"!!!!!

    stinky here....so is the mutt...three walks this week. She's in great spirits and i'm just plain stinky.

    Coach -- you really, really make me laugh. Thanks for helping me release some more endorphins, even if these kind don't stink!

    P.S. -- My dog stinks and she's not even in training. It's her natural 'ode de dog' smell; boy does this doggie need a bath, and HOW!
