Hi I am looking for a board (that is not expensive) so I can train my core.....

I used one while I was going through physical therapy on my kness after a motorcycle accident. I would be interested in finding one too!!

Is a wobble board the hard round ball w/a board either around it or on either side and you stand on the board part and balance? If so, I could have swore I saw one at Target in the exercise section. Maybe a sporting goods store (like Dicks) would have one?

Target or Dick's sportings goods. I've seen them both places.
