I'm new 2 and in need of advise!!
 

I am new to this message board so welcome me with open arms!!

I am 16 and i used to weigh 14stone about two years ago. then my mother died and my weight fell to 10 stone, i really loved my body when i was 10 stone but now it's more like 12 stone and i want to stop putting on weight - with the least amount of effort possible

any ideas would b much appreciated!!!

Just poke around and read the trheads and you will find one that suits you. There is a thread called Teens Only on the Buddy Up Forum. That might be a good place to start but you are most welcome on any thread on this board.

I'm just writing to say, please feel free to come to the UK forum on this website. We are a group of women on here who all want to lose weight for various reasons, but we are all based in the UK. Its a great group, very lively, and I know there are other teenagers who post there.
