Sakai - For that sort of thing, yes it usually is. It's best to call and check but if in fact, they're testing for a yeast infection it shouldn't matter.
|
I have. They may still be able to do a PAP or swab. Sometimes if you have a yeast infection, it will go away after your period. I NEVER had one until I was about 30. I had pneumonia and got put on some crazy antibiotics and it was all downhill from there! I would get them all the time.
You can still go to the GYN and tell her your symptoms and she can decide to do a test or not. Better to go and find out than to miss the appt. |
Update
Okay so I went to the doc's They said it's a yeast infection and because I'm on my period it may go away. but because it came back after my last period they gave me a RX for it.(if it comes back) one pill is all I need to take. Also found out my dinky insurance won't cover paps >_< ..jerks. at least my pill was only $4. lol |
Glad you went  and glad they knew right away what it was.
