No, but my son gave the speech as the class Lt. for the Jr. College detention officer/police academy he just graduated from in May. (Congrats to your son, BTW)

That's for sure. It's the easiest way for me to eat with the family. I use whatever meat I've prepared for them in my salad and forgo their "usually" starchy side dishes.
