I was hoping to find a discussion in full swing on this - I checked several forum but I did not see it anywhere. If a thread already has been opened on this, can you please point me to it?

i started one in the weight loss news and current events forum
there's pretty much a convo in full swing there....i saw another one too....but i can't find it now lol
