Argg....what a darned day

I didn't think that this day could get any worse, but it did. My scale is such a cheapy that it broke. I read the reviews for it and it has NEVER been accurate. I have no clue as to how much I truly weighed and I have no clue how much weight I have truly lost:mad:

Now I am waiting for my new scale to come in the mail. It should be here by the 5th. Once it gets here, I am going to have to start over again. Start with the weight that it says and lose from there:(

Aw, that sucks! Is it possible that the scale was at least consistently wrong? So that the total number of pounds lost would remain the same, even if the starting weight was incorrect?

Either way, you've lost a lot already, so I'm sure you've been able to sense your success in other ways than just what the scale says. Keep up the hard work. Don't let this little bump in the road derail you! :)

Actually, it's all over the place. One time it will say 214 and the next it will say 190....so not possible.....As for being able to see a difference, I can't really see a difference, but my husband can. I guess that I am just not happy being as big as I am so I don't really see a difference.....lol. I'll just have to start over from the beginning. No biggie.....at least my starting weight will be lower than the original.....lol

Don't worry about it too much :) Your scale may have been kinda strange, but that doesn't mean you haven't lost. And I bet you feel better while just eating healthier and the like ^^ Chin up!

Oh yes, I do feel better since I have been eating healthy. I don't seem to be having any health problems. My husband can see my tummy going down, but I can't, but I am very judgemental on myself, so I may not be able to notice it because I don't want to see it:dizzy:

I know what you mean. We're also in our skins 24/7. We can't always take an objective approach. This is where pictures come in handy. I may not be able to look in a mirror and see a difference, but I can look at an older picture of myself and say "Huh... maybe I have changed a little!" ;)
