My boss...
 

I was just in the breakroom refilling my water bottle and chatting with our Vice president when the President walked in and asked me how I felt about sharing a room on our up coming buisness trip. I was just standing there and the president walked in and said "Hey shan, how do you feel about sharing a room when we're in Prince George?" "Not a problem. But I sleep on the right side of the bed and I'm using the bathroom first!"

I know that some people would freak out if there boss said that to them, but personally I love the fact that I can joke around with him. I work in a totally laid back office and absolutely love it. Our president also walks around the office on most Friday afternoons and gives us a glass of wine or a bottle of beer. I have to admit I love my office!

I get along with my bosses as well. I work at SAIT :) I don't know our president too well, but she at least knows me by name :D

My company does ton's of work for SAIT. I work for Apex. We install all your audio visual stuff.

My company's small only 50 ppl across canada everyone knows everyone. There about 30ppl in the calgary office. So I know the president pretty well. I can see into his office from my desk. He's a great guy.

Isn't it refreshing when you can "play" that way and know that there is nothing wrong?! I love working in places like that.

Quite frankly, I am sick to death of hearing about some of these so called "sexual harrassment" cases when IMO there really isn't harrassment. Some people, both men and women, take the least little thing as harrassment. When did "You look nice today in that new blue dress" become harrassment?

Don't get me wrong, there is real harrassment, both sexual and otherwise, out there.

But when you can feel free to "play" and know that there won't be issues because of it, it makes the work place a whole bunch more fun.

Ahh yeah. Does Apex also handle the Semenars and parties on campus (speakers, monitors, lighting etc?)

I've shared a room with my boss before. Neither she nor I had any problem with it. :D :D :D
