I way I came up with my user name was really simple. I love the colour purple and I have a mild fasination for mythology creatures hence orc. So I joined the two up and voila purpleorc was born.
Well, as for my screen name Nicoya is my nationality (Nicaraguense from Nicaragua in Central America) and an ex of mine used to call me Angelica (from rugrats) because I used to LOOOOVE eating cookies (Which cookie was another one of my nick names lol) So, I put Nicoya and Angel (since I couldnt fit Angelica) and taaadaaa! Nicoyaangel was born. On aol Im nicoyaangl (without the E) because someone already took my name .. but everywhere else since 2000 I have been Nicoyaangel
Well this is wird, Evelyn is my name, 19 my birthday is july 19 and I just choose the day, my hubby birthday is january 21 and I did the same with his date, so thats how evelyn1921 born!!!

I chose my original name..'Homebound'...because I'm physically challenged. I'm facing reconstructive surgery on my right foot/ankle, and I'm unable to drive or walk very far. I recently changed my name to 'Stepping Out' because I want to reflect the hope that I have of regaining my mobility. A more positive name & a more positive outlook!
I chose my name because I'm an American living in the UK and for some reason they don't get koolaid over here. (Truly, they are not really living.) So therefore, koolaid will always be elusive. (elusivekoolaid)
I came up with 1fatchica02 because I thought the website 3fatchicks.com was cute and I am only 1fatchica and I always put 02 on the end of everything if the name has already been choosen and its the year I graduated high school.
My old jazz instructor used to call me Miles (not b/c of my awesome trumpet playing skills, more like my bad attitude that apparently the great Miles Davis had). So I've used it for an internet moniker(sp?) ever since. When it's taken I go with blues4miles since it could be either sadness for a great distance, or playin the blues for Miles. Not that I'm sad too often, but I liked the double meaning.
Mine's pretty simple, but I just wanted to be able to use my real name, otherwise these boards don't seem as real to me. This way, I feel like I'm actually getting to know all you good people!
