I can't WAIT to watch USC tomorrow!!! The long wait for my Trojans to return to the Coliseum is finally over! Woo hoo!!! I have to say that my parents being life long SC fans is why I went there... Of course they weren't great back then, but who cares?! It's Trojan football! I actually feel sorry for Idaho to have to play them on their home turf especially when they've won their last 33 CONSECUTIVE home games and, well, because they aren't expected to score.

I'm a big U of IOWA Hawkeye fan. My daughter played in the band for four years and we loved going to the ban's pregame show. Just a huge pep rally with so much energy. Katie got to go to four bowl games in four years, one being with USC in the Orange Bowl. Not a pretty game for us. The most exciting was beating LSU in the last 6 seconds in 2005's Capital One Bowl. It was picked as one of the ten most exciting college plays of the bowl season by ESPN. I only wish that we had splurged and attended a bowl game while our daughter was there. We played Northern Illinois in Soldier's Field in Chicago today and were victorious! Kind of a rebuilding year for us. We sat in the students' section once, and only once when we played Wisconsin several years ago. There were a few Wisconsin students that managed to be sitting a few rows behind us. They were so drunk that halfway through the game they decided it was too much trouble to go to the men's room, so they just did their business in the stands! Never again will I sit in the students' section.
