Neighbors had tacos yesterday and they sounded so good I decided I wanted Mexican today. So I took some grilled chicken and diced it up small, added it to a bowl with a half cup of fat free shredded mozarella cheese, and a couple tablespoons of salsa, microwaved, spread between two low carb whole wheat tortillas, then crisped in the oven. It was all around 400 cals and delicious.
