I feel so good. Ive never felt this good about my weight! Ive only lost a couple of pounds since i started dieting but i keep thinking i can see differences in my body. is this possible? I feel like ive lost more than a couple of pounds

Even a couple pounds can make a difference. You may have lost more weight than that, just added muscle, so the numbers on the scale are showing up a little slower. Numbers aside, what matters is that you are feeling good! Keep up the good work!
