Diet groups

I dont know where to ask this so,I will try here. I am looking for a group here for woman who need to lose around 100lbs that has some sort of challenges. My friend and I joined at the same time but,were too late to join the team challenges. We need this type of motivation and hope that you may know who does things like this. We would like some sort of challenges between the other members so,we will have something to push for to keep us going. Thanks!

Have you looked over on the 100 lb. Club? It can be found under Support Groups (it's one of the subgroups). Come on over and post your idea; I'd bet more than one person will jump on board!
