Has anyone seen those clips where a person takes a picture of themselves everyday for a year or longer?
Well, I'm thinking of doing that. I'm thinking of taking a body shot of me from the front and side everyday for an entire year...then put the images together into a slideshow that goes fairly fast...and it'll show me just how much my body has changed!
It's also a daily reminder of my weight and how I should be doing my best each day to lose the weight. Don't want to be bigger at the end of the year!!
When it's done, I'll definitely be showing everyone. I'll start today.
