What would be YOUR comeback? (vent)
 

My BF was telling his two male co-workers about the 3FC site. The one guy in his 30's said: "Well, we have 3 guys here who could represent 3 different decades. We could have our own site. WHY DON'T WE DO A SITE WHERE WE RATE WOMEN?"

When my BF told me this, I said : ~steam coming out of my ears~ Tell him to send in his stats and we'll get back to him after we finish RATING the actors from "300".

Sheesh.

I don't have a comeback, but I just wanted to agree with you that this is SO TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE! Here they're taking something so good (a place where women can unite and work together to support each other on our very difficult tasks of becoming healthier) and distorting it by thinking of a spinoff that arbitrarily judges women probably on physical attractiveness-- GAH! Who are they to judge? Why should women be judged at all?

Honestly, I can't believe how crass people can be.

I live with a husband and two sons, and there are always extra males around here, too. Guys like to talk trash when they are with other guys, and they ABSOLUTELY LOVE to see the females go crazy when they do it. Blow 'em off by saying something girly. They HATE THAT and will go raid your fridge and then be out of your hair!
