I found a simple "recipe" for a pretty natural centerpeice and thought I would share it!
Using fresh fruit and outdoor berries or crab apples..........beat 1 egg white slightly and use a pastry brush to brush outside of fruit with egg white......then cover with sugar and place on wire rack for a couple hours.(place pan or newpaper underneath for easy clean up)..............
I used apples oranges,pears.........then while walking gatered holly berries,crab apples and some unknown types........
Placed them all in a large glass bowl on dinning room table.....very pretty!According to a book I read.these can last a couple months without spoiling!
