Can I join in? I have read the Kite Runner but it is such a great book I would read it again!!

Ummmm, about the bookclub, I just don't know. We had a lot of people who showed interest in the last book and then never saw it through, which of course is fine. They are 100% entitled to do that. Although I did enjoy it last time, I would have preferred a bigger response for the effort that I put into it. Not that it was some terrible ordeal. But you know, I took notes and stuff and made sure to keep up with the pages that were "due" each Monday and then I felt the need every Monday morning, early in the morning to sum up the weeks portion. Why don't we give it a week and see how many responses we get. And if it's a substantial I guess we should give it a go. And yes, The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseeini is a good one. So let's see what happens. :book2:
