slushy made with Nectar Sweets "fuzzy navel" (zero carbs/zero fat/zero sugar/24 g protein) with a squirt of skinny Girl Pineapple Coconut sweetener; more slush than flavor but it helps to cut the fruit craving I was having.

Chilled caffein free green tea with pomegranite. I lightly sweeten it with cane sugar so its only 24 calories a glass. I think next time I will try using wildflower honey to sweeten it.

In general I drink mineral water. But for the whole week only one liter direct juice.

My go-to drink ever since I started getting on the fitness wagon 2 years ago has been my good morning coffee which is the best coffee to drink for weight loss.
