Dog. I've had both, and since I like to be really involved in taking care of my pets, mostly self sufficient cats are not my favorite route. So cute though.

Tough one. I'd definitely not support him, so that means I'll have him arrested. However, depends on the drugs and whether I can help him kick it first.

Have him arrested for drugs. It's harsh but arrests can be expunged, and perhaps he would learn.
