Organic blue corn?

If I remember correctly, the SB book (which is currently lent out to my MIL) says corn is bad. But I remember reading it's the newer versions of corn that are no good. Whatever. Anyway how about all natural tortilla chips with sesame seeds made from blue corn?
Ingredients:

Ingredients: Organic blue corn, expeller pressed oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic sesame seeds, sea salt.
