stuck
hi~
i'm new to all this but i've been doing sugar busters for about 4 months now and lost 45 lbs. my question is i've hit a road block. what do i do? i can't really get past 260 lb. i started working out on my own and with a personal trainer in the gym. i try to keep as strict as possible to the sugar busters way of eating but when i get like this i crave sugar and white potato foods. I don't know what else to cook and i'm getting bored with the same old thing every week. i feel like i need to spice things up but i just don't know how without breaking all the rules. HELP:?: linzy |
Hello, I am new to the SB diet. I know that my question is off of the topic but I am intrigued by your weight loss in 4 months. Is it to much to ask of you to give me some pointers on how I can achieve these results. I do not want to get off the topic of your post so if you can help me please send me a message. I tried to leave my email address but was denied until I have a post number of 25. Thank you and Good luck in your quest.

Hello to both of you! I think if you come over to the Sugarbusters Support thread and post your questions, you will find more activity and get more answers.
LINZY: "Plateaus" are frustrating, but sometimes you body just takes a rest, to regroup. After a few weeks of stalling, you will start to lose again. Don't give in to that potato monster! It will give up again soon as long as you don't! :) ROSES: I think you will find a lot of encouragement over on the weekly thread as well. Hope to see you both!
