Default anyone use wheat germ or flaxseed meal??

HI guys,

I hear some people add flaxseed meal or wheat germ to their foods like yogurt and oatmeal.... where else do you add them? What do they taste like?

I have used flaxseed on my yogurt--it really doesn't add any taste--just some grit to the smoothness of yougurt. You kind of have to get used to that.

My dad would always put wheatgerm in our breakfasts- usually blended with some chocolate soymilk, ice, and a banana. I liked it because it usually made it thicker and gave it some texture (kind of like ground up granola?).

It's my favorite breakfast to this day... my weight loss one, in fact.
