Default YUMMY recipe for oatmeal cookies sugar free, without flour

My dh LOVES these "cookies" and doesn't know they are a healthier version!

1/2 c. unsalted light butter, melted
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 cup splenda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Mix all ingredients. Chill if batter is too wet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until just lightly browned all over. (Makes about 24 cookies

I made a change to the above recipe to make it even healthier!
I substituted applesauce for the unsalted lite butter.
Now the cookies have even less calories and are fat free!

I think they taste yummy but I'm still waiting on dh to sample them.

What did your hubby think of the cookies? I'm looking for an oatlmeal cookie recipe like this! I'm sure my 3 kids would eat it, but I'm not sure I'd like em...lol.
