I actually have become completely ADDICTED to Sushi and mostly Sashimi - Raw Fish, but I know that it's not for everyone, and I havent chanced it out of a restaurant yet....so when I am at home I bake a lot of salmon and mimic sauces that I have tried in restaurants:

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce: 1 jar roasted red peppers, olive oil, garlic clove minced, ground black pepper, salt to taste, grated parmesan cheese, and to make it a little lower cal, instead of heavy cream I use a dash of milk and 2 T fat free sour cream. I eyeball everything and taste it as I go to see if I'm on.

Gorgonzola, Steamed Spinach and turkey bacon

ARtichokes and sundried tomatoes in lemon butter
